B-WASH S 11
Field of use: B-WASH S 11 is a water dispersion degreaser, acting as a detergent for various surfaces. This product, thanks to the presence of a surfactant, removes any surface dirt, not releasing any halo or residue.
Application: The product is ready to be used on the surface to be treated, is applied by a dry clean cloth; it should be let dry, thus favouring its cleansing action.

Field of use: B-WBS 3075 is a one-component polyurethane adhesive in water dispersion, suitable for bonding leather, regenerated leather (salpa), PVC, polyurethane, TR, vulcanized rubber SBR, Tunit, TPU, EVA and micro with uppers made of natural and synthetic leather and of fabric.
Application: B-WBS 3075 is generally applied by brush and spread on the two sides to bond.
B-WBS 3071

Field of use: B-WBS 3071, two-component polyurethane adhesive in water dispersion, suitable for bonding soles in leather, regenerated leather (salpa), PVC, polyurethane, TR, vulcanized rubber SBR, Tunit, TPU, EVA and micro with uppers in natural and synthetic leather and in fabric.
Application: B-WBS 3071 is generally applied by brush andspread on the two sides to bond. If necessary, it is possible to add the activator.
B-WBS 3060 PRIMER
VISCOSITY: LOWDRYING TIME: 10 MIN
Field of use: B-WBS 3060 PRIMER is a polyurethane primer, necessary to improve the adhesion of the glue during the bonding phase.
Application: Apply B-WBS 3060 PRIMER on the material, dust dry for about 10 minutes, then proceed with the application of the suitable adhesive.
B-WBS 238 S

Field of use: B-WBS 238 S is a non-yellowing polychloroprene water-based adhesive, mainly used for stitching and sewing operations in shoe-making and for leather goods in general. This adhesive has a high initial grip and a long open time.
Application: B-WBS 238 S can be applied either by brush or spray or by roller machine, usually on both sides.

Field of use: B-WBS 146 is a spray adhesive, suitable for the upholstery industry.
Application: B-WBS 146 is applied on the two surfaces to bond with a spray gun, powered by a “bag in box” system located about 2 meters high.
B-WBS 145

Field of use: B-WBS 145 is a two-component spray adhesive, suitable for the upholstery industry.
Application: B-WBS 145 is applied by spray with a specificdouble-output gun. The adhesive and the cross-linking agent (about 10%) are sprayed on the surface at the same time, but they must never be previously mixed.
